Sean Harper graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1992. He was Polk County Builders Association Builder of the Year in 2013 and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Polk County Builders Association.

Sean started in his family’s real estate business and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has built everything from 150 custom homes to commercial projects and numerous residential communities throughout Polk County. Sean holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and Florida General Contractor’s License.

Conservatism, faith and high ethical standards were instilled in Sean early on, and he continues promoting those values in his professional life today. His family is his life and motivation every day, and he works to provide the best experience for families throughout Polk County.

Brandon Little has worked in the commercial and industrial construction industry for more than 25 years – mostly as an owner of his own business. His company provided specialty concrete work for a long list of successful large and small companies, such as Walt Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, SafeRack, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, CSX, Cargill, Mosaic, Thatcher Chemical, Tropicana, MinuteMaid, Yara North America, Progress Energy, Tampa Port Authority, Kinder-Morgan, East Coast Terminals and Whertec.

Brandon's goal is to provide service and knowledge to customers – supporting their needs while monitoring and controlling the construction process to constantly improve quality.
